Meantime, here are some of the main questions that I get asked everytime I meet someone regards to wedding photography service I provide. So before I go mad answering same questions over and over, please read these FAQ's before you ask same question again. 1: Who will photograph our wedding?

Swani Gulshan, himself carries out all wedding photography. You will have his utmost attention on your wedding day as he only photographs one wedding per day.  Additional photographer is available but at extra cost. Additional photographer will work along side with Swani Gulshan.

2: What equipment do you use?

None other then professional Canon equipment including all the backup equipment.

3: How many photographs will you take during the event?

During the day unlimited no of images are taken. After that unwanted images will be deleted. Example, closed eyes or any other bad image.

4: How long will you stay at our wedding day?

Swani will be with you from 8 to 12 hours per day. It all depends on the package you have gone for. Additional hours at extra cost.

5: Do you charge extra for travel and hotel accommodation?

Yes. If an event finishes at unsuitable hours and is away for more 2 hours drive, then overnight hotel charge will be charged at cost. All packages include up to 50 miles round trip.

6: Is it possible to work on the images to remove unwanted spots and or clean up any marks?

Yes, anything is possible, but will cost extra at £35-00 per image.
 
7: How do we secure your services for our wedding date?

On day of sign of contract, 50% deposit required to secure the date for your wedding.

8: What happens if we want to cancel our booking?

Once contract has been signed and 50% deposit has been paid, you have up to 7 days for you decide if you want to cancel the contract. And if you decide to cancel the contract all deposit is non-refundable. If contract needs to be cancelled, cancellation needs to be in writing within 7 days of sign of the contract.

9: Can we change the date of our booking?

Yes, but further date is subject to availability. All deposit paid are non refundable. If another date is not available, you will loose all deposits paid. A written confirmation is required for any change in the date.

10: What happens after we have booked our photography with Swani Gulshan?

A copy of signed contract will be sent via email. Few days before your wedding day, Swani will make contact with bride & groom to confirm any last minute changes.

12: How soon after the wedding will I be able to see the images?

After your wedding day, it will take 4-6 weeks before you can view your wedding pictures. These times can vary from season to season. Online gallery will be password protected.

13: How long does it take for artwork to be done?

After you have confirmed you final picture selection, it takes 4-6 weeks for finished artwork. During peak time it varies.

14: Once I have seen the artwork, am I allowed to make any changes?

Yes. This is your wedding album. Anything you are not happy with, you are allowed to change. However, there will be a surcharge of £20-00 per correction.

15: After I have confirmed the artwork, how long will it take to get finished album?

After you have confirmed that you are happy with the artwork, it will take another 4-6 weeks for the album to be back with you. During peak, Christmas, New Year times vary.

16. Do I get rest of unused images on the CD.?

Maybe. It depends on the package you have gone for. Some packages includes no of images on the CD while other don’t. How ever if you are interested in having some or all of the images on CD, additional cost will apply. Please ask Swani for special price regards to images on CD.
